What a wonderful experience. The girls fit me into an appointment in perfect timing when a late client didn’t show. I had an amazing deep 60 min massage with Jenny who was an a magical masseuse - followed by a 30 min reflexology session. A great package deal at $150! The space was tranquil and calm and had a beautiful ambiance. And I was handed a beautiful warm tea in a takeaway bottle on departure. A lovely touch. Amazing experience here for the first time yesterday. My partner and I did the Queens Haven and Kings Sanctuary packages and enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere is relaxing from the moment you step in the door and because they have such an emphasis on quality in the decor, the ambience, the service and all tue small details that sit around that, it feels like a very high end experience while actually being very reasonably priced. Both my partners and my massages were amazing. Will definitely be making this our regular spot from now on.

EDIT: Ambience Wellness were prompt to respond to my review and handled it very professionally. This is worth noting when taking into consideration my original feedback. ORIGINAL: I booked 2 lymphatic massages for me and my mum. This was the first time either of us have received lymphatic drainage massages. I will start by saying that the staff were very polite and lovely but after speaking with mum we realised that we received 2 completely different massages. Mum got lymphatic drainage as her lymph nodes were massaged (the stomach area, décolletage, clavicles and armpits etc.) whereas only my back was massaged (it felt like a regular remedial massage) and for $160 per massage, I was expecting that the masseuses would communicate with each other to make sure the customers are receiving what they booked. I completely understand that every masseuse has their own style of massaging, however I definitely did not receive a lymphatic drainage massage as not once were my lymph nodes engaged during. I was really looking forward to this, especially having my stomach area and décolletage massaged. The masseuse could have at least asked me to confirm and I felt really shy saying anything during (first because you would assume they know what they’re doing, and secondly because you lose track of time when being massaged so the whole time I was anticipating when I would be asked to lay on my back so the front can be massaged) so by the time she asked me to lay on my back she just said we were done. And honestly I was just confused. The experience felt awkward and I did not receive what I paid for sadly.

This massage place definitely looks amazing from the outside — the aesthetic and comfort are really high-end, and the staff are super friendly. The rooms themselves are quite small, so it doesn’t feel quite as luxurious once you’re inside. That said, the actual massage was lovely and really effective — I felt like I was in Bali! I wouldn’t go here for a full spa day, but for a 30–60 minute tension release, they do a really good job.
